Take a minute and get to know this rising star In his own words:

For those who do not know me, my name is Ray but my stage name is ACE. I am a male model/exotic dancer. I am Puerto Rican and Portuguese. I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA.

My journey started about 6 months ago when i was contacted through my modeling web page by another dancer who asked me if i could dance? He told me he has danced all over the world and has started his own "Dance" group. I was interested because I've always wanted to dance. I told him yes and then trained for a month. I did a performance at a club in San Jose, and then i was officially accepted into the group.

I first got into modeling about a year and a half ago.  I've always wanted to be featured in a tattoo magazine, since i have so many. I actually have 18 tattoo's by the way. I did my first photo shoot and created a profile on ModelMayhem.com. I began getting calls and so far have been featured in 2 UK magazines, as well as "Vanity" a tattoo magazine. I have done photo shoots in San Fransisco and Sacramento and recently did some fashion runway shows. My biggest project so far was when i went to LA to dance on a popular TV show on Oxygen.


As far as having any regrets, I have none. I believe that everything happens for a reason and i live my life based on that. I do what i want with nothing holding me down. My current project is working on a routine for Usher's song "Let me see". I am also being featured in some local fashion shows that are coming up. I am working on becoming a certified personal trainer as a fall back plan.

My greatest accomplishment in life is the fact that I've been able to find my way in life without the guidance that some people are blessed with. I'm proud of the fact that Ive always had a plan of attack even though growing up was difficult and didn't have too much family support other than my sister. At a young age my mother was in an accident causing brain damage and father wasn't in the picture so being raised by my aunt, sister, an older cousins was a challenge on its own. Through it all I've always found a way with no male influence to admire or look up to at a young age.


So i made a way by putting myself through school by working and trying to find jobs that fit me. Now that I've found something I enjoy I'm only going to try to get better and better as the days pass.What inspires me and motivates me the most is my future. I control what i do with my talent and opportunities that present themselves in my business. That alone is what motivates me to do better, because i know what i can do is limitless as long as i make the right decisions and carry myself appropriately.


For those who are looking to pursue their dreams i can simply say one thing, find a way!! Not only do you need to find a way but have faith. You have to think of your dream as a your baby. When an opportunity presence itself, although it may be in disguise just remember one thing always, step up or get stepped over. Because if you don't jump at it someone else will.Most Importantly i want to be remembered by being an innovator and entertainer. I don't want to be known as ACE the stripper or dancer, I want to be known as ACE the entertainer, whether its dancing or modeling.
